Hi, I’m Katana!
For the last 5 years I’ve been on a journey to become the healthiest and happiest version of myself. During this time I became so deeply passionate about health and wellness. I realized the importance of eating real whole foods and using products with non harmful ingredients. I created KatanaWellness because I wanted a place where I could help others find valuable information and resources about health and wellness. A place to educate and inspire others to become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. Beyond just physical health too. A place to help guide others towards the best version of themselves where they thrive in all areas of life. (physically, mentally, spiritually, and beyond).
I have two very important core values:
Health and Time
Let me explain...

Health:
I am so passionate about health because without our health we have nothing. We get to live and experience because we have a physical body to do so. I believe it is so important to take care of our bodies because they are the reason we get to live, experience, and love. Taking care of our health starts with what we consume. So much food nowadays contains so many harmful additives. It’s why I am so passionate about eating real whole foods that have benefits for the body. My goal is to share knowledge about food, and provide information for healthier choices. One place to find healthier alternatives not just food but other products as well. Our bodies deserve to be treated with respect and kindness and that starts with what we are putting into it.

Time:
To me, time is the most valuable thing on this planet. Time is something we can never get back, yet we give our time away so freely. We spend more time working and more time with coworkers than we do our own families, and that’s crazy to me. It’s crazy to me that we have normalized such long work days. For all we know, this could be our only chance at experiencing life and the majority of us spend it working. Instead of exploring the world, learning, playing, and just experiencing. I understand that staying home isn’t a choice a lot of us can make. But what really bothers me, is as a group, we have forgotten about how valuable our time is. We’ve forgotten about how valuable our lives are in general. If this truly is the only chance we get at life, we should be running towards our goals and dreams and striving to live the best life possible. We should be spending as much time as we can with the ones we love because we don’t know when that time will be up. We should be following our hearts and finding our passions. The world needs to wake up and realize that time is more valuable than money could ever be and they are selling their time for so cheap. This is why one of my goals is to help others find a way to spend their time meaningfully. To find a way to work from home, or start a business, or do whatever their hearts are calling them to do. I want to inspire others to create a life they love living, and build the courage to go after their dreams.

A community and place for those who know they are meant to live as their best self and thrive in all areas of life.
